How do I book an appointment?You can book online: oldheartstattoo.square.site Or you can come by in person to book an appointment.

Are deposits required for an appointment?YES! A $75 deposit is required for every appointment.

Can I get my deposit back?No. Deposits are non-refundable. While we do understand that life happens, it is your responsibility to communicate with your artist. We do require a minium of 2 days notice to reaschedule your appointment. Special circumstances are taken into consideration, and at the artists discretion. Otherwise we are setting aside for you and only you. Your failure to show up for your appointment affects our ability to pay our own bills.

Do you do body piercing?No

Do you take walk-ins?We do take walk-ins when available. We can only anwser for availability on that day.

Do you accept credit cards?We do accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay. We do not accept payment via apps such as CashApp or Venmo.

How much does a tattoo cost?The cost of your tattoo can vary due to multiple factors. We will not quote over the phone. To recieve a proper quote for your tattoo we ask you to visit us in person so that our artist can discuss exactly what it is you are wanting.

Do you do cover-ups?We do. However, a consultation is required to schedule a cover-up. The artist needs to be able to see exactly what they are working with. Cover-ups are more difficult and not every idea can work as a proper cover-up. Please bring an open mind when you are wanting a cover-up.

What do I need to bring for my appointment?Bring your vaild state ID/passport/military ID. Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow access to where you are wanting to get tattooed.

My tattoo needs a touch up.We do offer 1 free touch up on your tattoo within a year of you getting the tattoo. However, the touch up is at the discrestion of the artist as to whether they deem one is necessary. We will not touch up the tattoo simply because you want one.

How old do you have to be to get tattooed?You MUST be at least 18 to get tattooed at Old Hearts. We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.
